Where can I find your center?
Our center is located in Jeddah – Al Andalus District – Thalia Street. It is next to the Arab National Bank.

Do you have a formal referral process?

How long does it take before Salam starts the service?
We start our services right after the initial medical assessment is done by our medical assessment team.

Who pays for the service?
Patients either pay cash or bring a referral from one of the insurance companies that we deal with, MedGulf, MedNet, Tawuniya and Enaya

Do I have to be involved in the care of my relative?
You will most probably not have to be involved in the physical or medical care process at all. However, family support will be very important to help the patient improve his/her condition.

Do I have to be home?
No. Your relative’s condition shouldn´t stop you from performing your daily routine, such as working or traveling.

How can I contact you if we have any inquires or feedback?
If you have any inquires you may contact the office directly; ask for the patient affairs coordinator or the case manager nurse. We will respond to your questions and inquires.

Can the nurse stay with my relative while in hospital?
The nurse can accompany your relative to the hospital for follow up appointments as well as emergencies, but is not allowed to perform any duties in a hospital, as this could potentially cause conflict.
